{"id":131628,"date":"2023-12-04T16:56:46","date_gmt":"2023-12-04T23:56:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131628"},"modified":"2023-12-04T16:56:46","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T23:56:46","slug":"por-lesiones-culposas-queda-vinculado-a-proceso-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131628","title":{"rendered":"Por lesiones culposas queda vinculado a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-131629 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-878-2023-587x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"274\" \/>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico tendr\u00e1 tres meses para efectuar la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y presentar datos de prueba contundentes que confirmen que Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, es probable responsable del delito de\u00a0lesiones culposas, que fue denunciado por la v\u00edctima y que presumiblemente cometi\u00f3 el 25 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso que circulaba sin las precauciones necesarias sobre la calle Tl\u00e1loc, en la colonia 4 de marzo en Cabo San Lucas, sin percatarse de la presencia de un menor de 7 a\u00f1os de edad, que cruzaba caminando dicha calle, atropell\u00e1ndolo y con ello, caus\u00e1ndole traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico moderado, lesi\u00f3n que ponen en riesgo la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de la denuncia interpuesta por el ofendido ante la PGJE, se obtuvieron datos de prueba suficientes para que, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada en Personas Detenidas, presentara ante un Juez de Control, en la audiencia inicial que se celebr\u00f3 el martes 28 de noviembre, y obtuviera la\u00a0vinculaci\u00f3n\u00a0a proceso del imputado a quien le impuso la medida cautelar de firma peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con estas acciones la PGJE demuestra en los hechos su compromiso de velar por los intereses de v\u00edctimas y ofendidos, hasta que el responsable de la il\u00edcita conducta responda ante la autoridad judicial y repare el da\u00f1o causado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico tendr\u00e1 tres meses para efectuar la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y presentar datos de prueba contundentes que<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-131628","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
