height=\"224\" \/>\u201cLa Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato es un derecho que no se puede negar a los sudcalifornianos, si ellos pusieron al Gobernador, y si no cumple, si no est\u00e1 haciendo las cosas correctamente, si los sudcalifornianos creen que no debe de seguir en el puesto, que los mismos sudcalifornianos lo quiten, es su derecho, as\u00ed debe de ser\u201d, advirti\u00f3 el diputado Armando Mart\u00ednez Vega.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Al presentar en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este jueves 7 de diciembre, iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto, que reforma y adiciona diversas disposiciones a la Ley de<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en Materia de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato y que expide la Ley de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato del Estado de Baja California Sur, fue claro al advertir que \u201cen materia de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato el Congreso debe legislar y el pueblo decidir, por ello, mediante esta iniciativa \u00a0presento un Proyecto para la adecuaci\u00f3n de nuestro marco estatal a la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato\u201d, acot\u00f3 el legislador de la bancada del PAN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Propone la Ley de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato, que est\u00e1 integrada con 53 art\u00edculos, divididos en 5 t\u00edtulos y 14 cap\u00edtulos, para regular y garantizar el ejercicio del derecho pol\u00edtico de las ciudadanas y los ciudadanos sudcalifornianos a solicitar, participar, ser consultados y votar respecto a la revocaci\u00f3n del mandato de la persona que result\u00f3 electa popularmente como titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Baja California Sur, mediante sufragio universal, libre, secreto, directo, personal e intransferible.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La ley establece el proceso de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato como un instrumento de participaci\u00f3n solicitado por la ciudadan\u00eda para determinar la conclusi\u00f3n anticipada en el desempe\u00f1o del cargo de la persona titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Baja California Sur, a partir de la p\u00e9rdida de la confianza, as\u00ed como los requisitos y particularidades para la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, adem\u00e1s de las atribuciones de las autoridades competentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">As\u00ed mismo, establece el proceso que ha de llevarse a cabo para la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, regula de manera puntual la fase previa, el inicio del proceso de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, la convocatoria, la verificaci\u00f3n de apoyo ciudadano, la organizaci\u00f3n, la difusi\u00f3n del proceso, los actos previos a la jornada de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, la jornada de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">De la misma manera norma lo concerniente a los resultados de la Jornada de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, la vinculatoriedad de estos y en su caso la separaci\u00f3n del cargo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p
