{"id":131798,"date":"2023-12-09T10:13:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-09T17:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131798"},"modified":"2023-12-09T10:13:29","modified_gmt":"2023-12-09T17:13:29","slug":"aprueban-diputados-ley-de-ingresos-2024-del-gobierno-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131798","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban diputados Ley de Ingresos 2024 del Gobierno de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-131799 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/PLENO-231207-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"331\" height=\"219\" \/>En marat\u00f3nica sesi\u00f3n del jueves 07 de diciembre, el Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por la Ley de Ingresos para el ejercicio fiscal 2024 del Gobierno del Estado, por los 23 mil 897 millones 107 mil 720 pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tambi\u00e9n autoriz\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda al Poder Ejecutivo del Estado la modificaci\u00f3n al Presupuesto de Egresos del actual ejercicio fiscal 2023, por 3007 millones 278 mil 68 pesos m\u00e1s que el originalmente autorizado, por lo que el presupuesto proyectado cerrar\u00e1 en los 24 mil 542 millones 372 mil 380 pesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Fiscales y Administrativos integrada por el diputado Enrique R\u00edos Cruz, presidente; Paz Ochoa, secretaria y Luis Armando D\u00edaz, secretario, present\u00f3 en segunda lectura ambos dict\u00e1menes, los cuales fueron de dichas lecturas y posteriormente sometidos a su discusi\u00f3n en lo general y particular, para ser finalmente aprobados por unanimidad de las diputadas y diputados asistentes. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la discusi\u00f3n de la solicitud de ampliaci\u00f3n al presupuesto 2023, el diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria del PAN expuso que, hay poderosa razones que nos obligan a votar en contra de la propuesta de la ampliaci\u00f3n presupuestal, \u201cporque ser\u00edamos c\u00f3mplices del despilfarro y mala administraci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos que pertenecen a todas y todos los sudcalifornianos, y que hoy por hoy son aplicados en rubros de gastos que no reportan bienestar, tangible y directo a los ciudadanos del Estado, sin contar que un presupuesto inicial aprobado que se agota a los seis meses, indica invariablemente una mala pol\u00edtica de gastos y una no tan transparente administraci\u00f3n de los mismos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por su parte el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz afirm\u00f3 que la propuesta de ampliaci\u00f3n se apega de manera muy estricta a la Ley de Disciplina Financiera, a la Ley de Contabilidad Gubernamental, a los acuerdos tomados por el Consejo Nacional de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable y otros instrumentos jur\u00eddicos. Dijo que \u201cEl Poder Ejecutivo a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n solicita la modificaci\u00f3n al presupuesto como una obligaci\u00f3n constitucional, y que no es otra cosa m\u00e1s que cumplir de manera t\u00e9cnica, funcional, operativamente hablando, \u00a0presupuestariamente hablando, \u00a0efectivamente para la conciliaci\u00f3n contable y financiera\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En esta misma sesi\u00f3n, la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Fiscales y Administrativos dio primeras lecturas a los dict\u00e1menes de las leyes de ingresos para el ejercicio fiscal 2024 para los municipios de Muleg\u00e9, Loreto, Comond\u00fa, La Paz y Los Cabos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En sesi\u00f3n pr\u00f3xima ser\u00e1 sometido a votaci\u00f3n el presupuesto de egresos del Gobierno del Estado para el 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En marat\u00f3nica sesi\u00f3n del jueves 07 de diciembre, el Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por la Ley<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-131798","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
