{"id":131953,"date":"2023-12-13T06:44:32","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T13:44:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131953"},"modified":"2023-12-13T06:44:32","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T13:44:32","slug":"aprueban-leyes-de-ingresos-municipales-2024-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131953","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban leyes de Ingresos municipales 2024 de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-131954 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/PLENO-231212-3-755x448.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"303\" height=\"180\" \/>En sesi\u00f3n del martes 12 de diciembre, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 las leyes de ingresos de los cinco ayuntamientos del Estado para el ejercicio fiscal 2024. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">El pleno aprob\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes presentados en segunda lectura por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Fiscales y Administrativos, lecturas que fueron dispensadas, por lo que se sometieron una a una, a discusi\u00f3n y votaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En el caso de Muleg\u00e9, los ingresos estimados que la hacienda p\u00fablica del municipio de Muleg\u00e9 percibir\u00e1 durante el Ejercicio Fiscal del a\u00f1o 2024, asciende a la cantidad de $529 millones 317 mil 126 pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En el caso del municipio de Loreto, la Ley de Ingresos proyectada es por los $454 millones 317 mil 126 pesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En el caso del municipio de Comond\u00fa la Ley de Ingresos es por los $691 millones 385 mil 946.29 \u00a0pesos.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Mientras que en el caso del municipio de La Paz, es por los 2,411 millones 372 mil 215 pesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Y en el caso del municipio de Los Cabos, la ley de ingresos estimada es por los $5,194 millones 636 mil 247 pesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En esta misma sesi\u00f3n se present\u00f3 una iniciativa enviada por el titular del Poder Ejecutivo para adicionar el art\u00edculo 11 bis a la Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Fiscal del Estado y se dio primera lectura al dictamen del Presupuesto de Egresos 2024 del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En sesi\u00f3n del martes 12 de diciembre, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 las<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-131953","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
