Posteriormente, y estando ya en el suelo, el imputado continu\u00f3 agredi\u00e9ndolo en repetidas ocasiones con pu\u00f1os y pies, caus\u00e1ndole lesiones en el cr\u00e1neo, cara y brazos, que requieren m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas para sanar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia inicial por orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, celebrada el 3 de enero del presente a\u00f1o, y derivado de las pruebas presentadas por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, se logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Salvador \u201cN\u201d, adem\u00e1s, se le impusieron medidas cautelares, que incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds sin autorizaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse o comunicarse con la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Juez de Control concedi\u00f3 un plazo de 2 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, la cual concluir\u00e1 el 3 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En relaci\u00f3n con los hechos ocurridos entre las 23:00 y 23:40 horas del d\u00eda 23 de diciembre de 2023, en<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":132601,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-132600","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
