{"id":133380,"date":"2024-01-31T06:53:44","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T13:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=133380"},"modified":"2024-01-31T06:53:44","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T13:53:44","slug":"de-20-mil-vacantes-de-empleo-en-2023-en-bcs-solo-se-colocaron-5500","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=133380","title":{"rendered":"De 20 mil vacantes de empleo en 2023 en BCS, solo se colocaron 5,500"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-127517 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"342\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SNE-FERIAS-EMPLEO.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/>El a\u00f1o pasado, de 20 mil vacantes de empleo disponibles, solamente se ocuparon unas cinco mil 500, manifest\u00f3 el director del Servicio Nacional de Empleo (SNE) en Baja California Sur, Vladimir Torres Navarro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atribuy\u00f3 esa situaci\u00f3n al hecho de que los solicitantes de empleo en la entidad cada vez se vuelven m\u00e1s selectivos respecto al tipo de empleo y el ingreso que demandan, debido al estatus de desempleo que existe en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que ante la menor necesidad de empleo y la creciente oferta, hay mayor selectividad del tipo de trabajo que se busca, por lo que en t\u00e9rminos generales, sostuvo que cada vez es m\u00e1s complicado colocar trabajadores en las empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 que situaci\u00f3n muy particular se tiene con los j\u00f3venes, que son uno de los objetivos principales en este a\u00f1o, ya que se buscar\u00e1 acercarse m\u00e1s a ellos porque se viene dando el caso de que la mayor\u00eda se encuentra altamente capacitada, por lo cual sus expectativas son altas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expuso que al menos cuentan con el bachillerato t\u00e9cnico, lo que les da la opci\u00f3n de conocer c\u00f3mo ejercer su trabajo, contrario a lo que suced\u00eda en el pasado, por lo que aspiran a un buen ingreso, horario m\u00e1s flexible y gozar de un adecuado per\u00edodo vacacional, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, el funcionario coment\u00f3 que eso refleja una brecha generacional entre la disciplina de los nacidos en los a\u00f1os ochenta hacia atr\u00e1s, y la de ahora, ya que es muy distinta, pues antes se era m\u00e1s estricto en lo que se dispon\u00eda, y ahora eso se concibe de manera m\u00e1s flexible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tal motivo, consider\u00f3 que tanto el empleador como el nuevo trabajador, deben adaptarse a las nuevas formas, donde tenga que ver la fortaleza emocional, lo cual debe inculcarse desde la familia, para que al egresar de la carrera profesional o t\u00e9cnica, el joven cuente con las vivencias necesarias para adaptarse las condiciones de empleo que hay.
