{"id":134220,"date":"2024-02-22T19:25:22","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T02:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=134220"},"modified":"2024-02-22T19:25:22","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T02:25:22","slug":"exhorta-sspe-a-empresas-de-seguridad-privada-a-regularse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=134220","title":{"rendered":"Exhorta SSPE a empresas de seguridad privada a regularse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-134221 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/FOTO-SSPE-REVALIDACION-EMPRESAS-755x471.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"407\" height=\"254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/FOTO-SSPE-REVALIDACION-EMPRESAS-755x471.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/FOTO-SSPE-REVALIDACION-EMPRESAS-150x94.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/FOTO-SSPE-REVALIDACION-EMPRESAS-768x479.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/FOTO-SSPE-REVALIDACION-EMPRESAS.jpg 958w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 407px) 100vw, 407px\" \/>Al dar a conocer que, durante el 2023 se sancionaron 28 empresas de seguridad privada en Baja California Sur por incumplir con la normatividad en la materia, la titular de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad Privada, Marl\u00e9n Campa Toledo, hizo un llamado a los propietarios de negocios que brindan servicios de seguridad privada, se acerquen a esta direcci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo la solicitud de autorizaci\u00f3n y\/o renovaci\u00f3n de sus licencias a fin de evitar ser sancionados, rescindidos o clausurados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, coment\u00f3 que en este periodo se realizaron un total de 149 operativos de supervisi\u00f3n, con el fin de verificar que operen bajo los lineamientos establecidos en Ley de Servicios de Seguridad Privada, teniendo como resultado la regulaci\u00f3n de 20 que operaban sin permiso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es importante que los propietarios del ramo, cuenten con su documentaci\u00f3n en regla, adem\u00e1s del registro de los guardias de seguridad y veh\u00edculos, para evitar sanciones, las cuales pueden ir de 1 a 5000 UMAS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Campa Toledo record\u00f3 que, en el portal de ventanilla \u00fanica de servicios del Gobierno del Estado, los propietarios pueden realizar el tr\u00e1mite para el pago de manera r\u00e1pida y sencilla, y tener en regla sus permisos, ya que, de acuerdo a la Ley en la materia, la revalidaci\u00f3n de estos deber\u00e1 ser antes de los 30 d\u00edas de la culminaci\u00f3n de su vigencia, la cual es de un a\u00f1o, poniendo a disposici\u00f3n el n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono 612 122 93 88 extensi\u00f3n 18309 para cualquier aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, indic\u00f3 que durante el 2023 se registraron 20 nuevos negocios, 9 fueron rescindidas, dando de alta en la plataforma de registro a mil 50 guardias por lo que actualmente, operan un total de 88 empresas que prestan servicios de seguridad privada en diferentes modalidades; y es necesario que cumplan en tiempo y forma a fin de mantener los servicios regulados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al dar a conocer que, durante el 2023 se sancionaron 28 empresas de seguridad privada en Baja California Sur por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":134221,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-134220","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
