{"id":134650,"date":"2024-03-07T18:28:10","date_gmt":"2024-03-08T01:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=134650"},"modified":"2024-03-07T18:28:10","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T01:28:10","slug":"presentan-reglamento-preventivo-de-violencia-en-recursos-humanos-en-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=134650","title":{"rendered":"Presentan Reglamento Preventivo de Violencia en Recursos Humanos en Salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-134651 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-PRESENTARON-EL-REGLAMENTO-PARA-PREVENIR-LA-VIOLENCIA-EN-LOS-RECURSOS-HUMANOS-EN-FORMACIOiN-PARA-LA-SALUD.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-PRESENTARON-EL-REGLAMENTO-PARA-PREVENIR-LA-VIOLENCIA-EN-LOS-RECURSOS-HUMANOS-EN-FORMACIOiN-PARA-LA-SALUD.jpeg 718w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-PRESENTARON-EL-REGLAMENTO-PARA-PREVENIR-LA-VIOLENCIA-EN-LOS-RECURSOS-HUMANOS-EN-FORMACIOiN-PARA-LA-SALUD-150x99.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/>Con la finalidad de fomentar su oportuna aplicaci\u00f3n al interior de las unidades m\u00e9dicas estatales, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Baja California Sur present\u00f3 a directores de hospitales, jefes de servicios y coordinadores de ense\u00f1anza, el reglamento \u201cNo m\u00e1s Violencia en los Recursos Humanos en Formaci\u00f3n para la Salud\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Este documento es impulsado a nivel nacional para evitar toda forma de agresi\u00f3n hacia las y los pasantes, as\u00ed como m\u00e9dicas y m\u00e9dicos internos y residentes que est\u00e1n adscritos a centros y hospitales estatales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este reglamento existen normas que protegen a toda persona que experimente una vulneraci\u00f3n de sus garant\u00edas individuales, como es la Ley de Acceso a las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia, el C\u00f3digo Penal Federal, la Ley Federal de Sanciones Administrativas, entre otras, a que pueden recurrir las ciudadanas o ciudadanos que se est\u00e9n preparando como profesionistas en la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se establecen las definiciones de violencia psicol\u00f3gica laboral, acoso, hostigamiento y violencia sexual laboral para que los recursos humanos en formaci\u00f3n est\u00e9n en condiciones de reconocerlas en caso de presentarse, adem\u00e1s de especificar las rutas legales que pueden seguir para su denuncia oportuna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En esta reuni\u00f3n, se enfatiz\u00f3 que dicha informaci\u00f3n debe ser puntualmente entre las y los pasantes, m\u00e9dicas y m\u00e9dicos internos de pregrado, as\u00ed como las y los residentes cuando se incorporan a las unidades m\u00e9dicas.
