La propuesta, implica una educaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica, nacional, humanista, equitativa, inclusiva, intercultural, integral, de excelencia, promoviendo el respeto al inter\u00e9s general de la sociedad e inculcando los conceptos y principios de las ciencias ambientales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">Desde esa \u00f3ptica, buscar\u00e1 la equidad, la excelencia y la mejora continua en la educaci\u00f3n, para lo cual colocar\u00e1 al centro de la acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica el m\u00e1ximo logro de aprendizaje de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes con la denominada nueva Escuela Mexicana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, fue quien dio lectura a la iniciativa, precisando que tendr\u00e1 como objetivos el desarrollo humano integral del educando, reorientar el Sistema Educativo Estatal, incidir en la cultura educativa mediante la corresponsabilidad e impulsar transformaciones sociales dentro de la escuela y en la comunidad, acorde a lo que se plantea la nueva escuela mexicana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\u201cLa educaci\u00f3n se basar\u00e1 en los resultados del progreso cient\u00edfico; luchar\u00e1 contra la ignorancia, sus causas y efectos, las servidumbres, los fanatismos, los prejuicios, la formaci\u00f3n de estereotipos, la discriminaci\u00f3n y la violencia, especialmente la que se ejerce contra la ni\u00f1ez y las mujeres, as\u00ed como personas con discapacidad o en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad social, debiendo implementar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas orientadas a garantizar la transversalidad de estos criterios en los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno\u201d, acot\u00f3 desde tribuna el legislador.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">Los iniciadores de la nueva ley de educaci\u00f3n son el diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro; Mar\u00eda Paz del Alma Ochoa Amador y Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas, presidente y secretarias respectivamente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos de esta XVI legislatura.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">El documento precisa que es obligaci\u00f3n de las y los sudcalifornianos hacer que sus hijas, hijos o pupilos menores de dieciocho a\u00f1os asistan a las escuelas, para recibir educaci\u00f3n obligatoria cursando la educaci\u00f3n preescolar, la primaria, la secundaria y la media superior.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">Establece que la educaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s de obligatoria ser\u00e1: universal, inclusiva, p\u00fablica, gratuita y laica; determinado que el Estado est\u00e1 obligado a prestar servicios educativos con equidad y excelencia, ordena la instrumentaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas incluyentes, transversales y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para regular la educaci\u00f3n impartida por el Estado y los particulares, este martes la diputaci\u00f3n permanente recibi\u00f3 una Iniciativa con<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":134782,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-134781","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
