Mapy Moreno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-134879 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-743x492.jpg 743w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-150x99.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-1536x1017.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/CLAUSURA-MESA-DIRECTIVA-240315-2048x1356.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/>Al clausurar los trabajos de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente del Primer Per\u00edodo de Receso correspondiente al Tercer A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional de la D\u00e9cima Sexta Legislatura del Honorable Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, la diputada Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Moreno Higuera hizo un recuento de los trabajos alcanzados, de los cuales se enlistaron y atendieron un total de 50 asuntos: 09 son iniciativas con proyecto de decreto de suma importancia, 17 pronunciamientos y\u00a0 11 comunicaciones oficiales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Moreno Higuera, mencion\u00f3 \u00a0que durante su periodo de representaci\u00f3n en el Poder Legislativo se trabajaron en diversas iniciativas en beneficio social, de las cuales destac\u00f3 la Iniciativa con proyecto de Decreto mediante la que se propone una nueva ley de atenci\u00f3n pre-hospitalaria, misma que fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de la Salud, la Familia y la Asistencia P\u00fablica para su dictaminaci\u00f3n correspondiente, Comisi\u00f3n legislativa que me honra presidir y que, en el ejercicio de sus funciones, est\u00e1 realizando su an\u00e1lisis a trav\u00e9s de su cauce legislativo como corresponde, la cual tiene como objeto, regular y profesionalizar los servicios de\u00a0 atenci\u00f3n y primeros auxilios en casos de urgencias b\u00e1sicas, se busca el refortalecimiento del Centro Regulatorio de Servicios de Urgencias y Emergencias M\u00e9dicas para el Estado como un organismo p\u00fablico descentralizado de la administraci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al informe de trabajo de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente que presidi\u00f3 del 15\u00a0 de diciembre de 2023 al 15 de marzo de 2024, inform\u00f3 que se atendieron oportunamente, en tiempo y forma, la propuesta que realiz\u00f3 la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, respecto la elecci\u00f3n de los integrantes del Consejo Estatal para Prevenir, Erradicar y Eliminar la discriminaci\u00f3n en el Estado de Baja California Sur. En los mismos t\u00e9rminos se atendi\u00f3 la minuta con Proyecto de Decreto enviada por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n en materia de Guardia Nacional<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Mencion\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n del C.
