{"id":135504,"date":"2024-04-04T18:21:17","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T01:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=135504"},"modified":"2024-04-04T18:21:17","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T01:21:17","slug":"por-abuso-sexual-agravado-obtiene-pgje-2-sentencias-mas-contra-sujeto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=135504","title":{"rendered":"Por abuso sexual agravado obtiene PGJE 2 sentencias m\u00e1s contra sujeto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-135505 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-207-2024-755x411.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-207-2024-755x411.png 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-207-2024-150x82.png 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-207-2024-768x419.png 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-207-2024.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/>Sentencia de 5 a\u00f1os 4 meses de prisi\u00f3n y 268 d\u00edas de multa y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o obtuvo la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) por medio de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Delitos Sexuales y Contra la Familia en audiencia de\u00a0Procedimiento\u00a0Abreviado que se efectu\u00f3 el martes 2 de abril en el Centro de Justicia\u00a0Penal de esta capital por 2 cargos de delito de abuso sexual agravado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La obtenci\u00f3n de estas sentencias condenatorias contra Samuel \u201cN\u201d, son resultado de un\u00a0procedimiento\u00a0que se inici\u00f3\u00a0el 2021 por\u00a02 cargos del delito\u00a0de\u00a0abuso sexual, que de acuerdo a la Causa Penal 313\/2022 el ahora sentenciado cometi\u00f3 a principios del mes de noviembre del 2020 en un domicilio de la colonia Los Pinos y, el segundo, el mes de julio del 2021, en un domicilio de la colonia Diana Laura, en la capital del estado, en agravio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por\u00a0los hechos descritos en tiempo y forma el\u00a0imputado\u00a0fue aprehendido el 3 de abril del 2023 en Bah\u00eda Asunci\u00f3n y posteriormente vinculado a proceso, al admitir el Juez de Control, los\u00a0datos de prueba que proporcion\u00f3\u00a0la Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad en menci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe destacar que estas condenas obtenidas por la PGJE, se suman a la sentencia de 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Samuel \u201cN\u201d por delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada, en agravio de un menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la Audiencia de Procedimiento Abreviado, que se realiz\u00f3 el lunes 2 de abril del a\u00f1o en curso, el Juez de Control sentenci\u00f3 a Samuel \u201cN\u201d, a 5 a\u00f1os 4 meses de prisi\u00f3n, 268 d\u00eda de multa y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o consistente en terapia psicol\u00f3gica en favor de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La PGJE fortalece sus m\u00e9todos cient\u00edficos y jur\u00eddicos para combatir la impunidad en todos los \u00e1mbitos de su competencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sentencia de 5 a\u00f1os 4 meses de prisi\u00f3n y 268 d\u00edas de multa y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o obtuvo la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":135505,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-135504","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
