{"id":135924,"date":"2024-04-16T16:55:45","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T22:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=135924"},"modified":"2024-04-16T16:55:45","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T22:55:45","slug":"proponen-estimulos-a-empresas-que-contraten-a-adultos-mayores-jovenes-de-primer-empleo-madres-solteras-y-grupos-excluidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=135924","title":{"rendered":"Proponen est\u00edmulos a empresas que contraten a adultos mayores, j\u00f3venes de primer empleo, madres solteras y grupos excluidos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-135925 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-743x492.jpg 743w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-150x99.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-1536x1017.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DIP-EDA-MARIA-PALACIOS-MARQUEZ-240416-1-2048x1356.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/>Con la finalidad de impulsar la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de diferentes sectores que hist\u00f3ricamente han sido excluidos, la diputada Eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez propuso facultar a la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social del Estado, para otorgar est\u00edmulos fiscales a las empresas que contraten a personas adultas de 45 a 60 a\u00f1os, adultas mayores, con discapacidad, mujeres, j\u00f3venes en edad productiva, j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de primer empleo, egresados de instituciones de universidades, madres solteras y en general, quienes pertenezcan a grupos sociales en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n del martes 16 de abril, la legisladora present\u00f3 una iniciativa para adicionar la fracci\u00f3n V del art\u00edculo 29 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Expuso que la iniciativa nace del di\u00e1logo que ha tenido con j\u00f3venes sudcalifornianos quienes le dicen que al egresar de sus carreras no pueden encontrar empleos, tambi\u00e9n de personas que oscilan entre los 45 a 60 a\u00f1os para quienes es muy dif\u00edcil que las empresas o negociaciones los contraten, as\u00ed como de adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad y personas afromexicanas e ind\u00edgenas, para quienes la brecha todav\u00eda es muy grande en inclusi\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La legisladora record\u00f3 que el Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social del Estado, es la encargada de conducir la pol\u00edtica laboral y de generaci\u00f3n de empleos en la entidad federativa, en tanto que el C\u00f3digo Fiscal del Estado y Municipios del Estado autoriza que, \u201cEl Ejecutivo del Estado y los presidentes de los municipios, dentro de la esfera de sus respectivas competencias, podr\u00e1n mediante resoluciones de car\u00e1cter general publicadas en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado: III. Conceder subsidios o est\u00edmulos fiscales\u201d (Art\u00edculo 65 fracci\u00f3n III).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cConsidero muy importante que el gobierno, de la mano de los empresarios de cualquier nivel, generen acciones de inclusi\u00f3n laboral, pues estamos convencidos de que toda persona tiene derecho al trabajo para vivir con dignidad, pues \u00e9ste es esencial para la realizaci\u00f3n de otros derechos humanos; necesitamos hacer esfuerzos para lograr que a estos grupos poblacionales que han sido hist\u00f3ricamente segregados, se les reconozca su derecho a desempe\u00f1ar un trabajo sin ning\u00fan tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n, a percibir una remuneraci\u00f3n justa a preservar su dignidad humana y a contar con protecci\u00f3n social\u201d, anot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa su funda tambi\u00e9n en las metas y objetivos plasmados en el apartado denominado: Empleo, capacitaci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n laboral del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California Sur 2021-2027.
