{"id":136671,"date":"2024-05-08T13:03:41","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T19:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=136671"},"modified":"2024-05-08T13:03:41","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T19:03:41","slug":"presenta-sspe-resultados-positivos-en-materia-de-transparencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=136671","title":{"rendered":"Presenta SSPE resultados positivos en materia de transparencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-136672 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-736x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-736x492.png 736w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-1024x685.png 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-150x100.png 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-768x514.png 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-1536x1027.png 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSPE-RESULTADOS-2048x1370.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/>La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado ha logrado mantener resultados satisfactorios en materia de atenci\u00f3n a solicitudes de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, de acuerdo al Informe de Gesti\u00f3n, presentado por el Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante el primer trimestre de este ejercicio 2024, la instituci\u00f3n estatal como coordinadora de sector entre sus \u00f3rganos desconcentrados, en lo que va de enero a marzo de este a\u00f1o, recibi\u00f3 un total de 83 solicitudes de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, mismas que fueron atendidas en tiempo y forma dentro de los plazos establecidos en la Ley de la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con ello, se da cumplimiento al 100 por ciento de las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n realizadas por la ciudadan\u00eda, garantizando as\u00ed, el compromiso, y voluntad al derecho al acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y transparencia institucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con las solicitudes recibidas, destacan aquellos temas de inter\u00e9s ciudadano como son el sistema penitenciario, principales acciones en el desempe\u00f1o de funciones de la Polic\u00eda Estatal Preventiva, capacitaciones efectuadas por parte de la Academia Estatal de Seguridad P\u00fablica, estad\u00edstica a llamadas de emergencia prefijo 9.1.1, as\u00ed como presupuesto para el Fondo de Aportaciones de Seguridad P\u00fablica, entre otros temas de inter\u00e9s ciudadano, capacitaci\u00f3n y evaluaciones de confianza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La dependencia resalt\u00f3 que este resultado, es reflejo del compromiso institucional y la disposici\u00f3n al cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable en materia de transparencia; de esa manera, se da continuidad a los trabajos de fortalecimiento en la atenci\u00f3n ciudadana, con ello se refleje en esta Secretar\u00eda como una instituci\u00f3n transparente y comprometida con la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado ha logrado mantener resultados satisfactorios en materia de atenci\u00f3n a solicitudes de acceso<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":136672,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-136671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
