\"\"Como parte de las acciones que se implementan para garantizar los derechos humanos de toda la poblaci\u00f3n en Baja California Sur, personal de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, la Direcci\u00f3n General del Sistema Penitenciario de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y visitadores de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH), realizaron recorridos por el \u00e1rea femenil del Centro Penitenciario del municipio de La Paz.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la titular del Departamento de Derechos Humanos de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3, que esta verificaci\u00f3n se da en cumplimiento a la normatividad y con total respeto a los derechos del sector penitenciario, con el objetivo de verificar el seguimiento a los lineamientos emitidos por la CNDH en 2019, mismos que fueron atendidos por las autoridades en la materia.<\/p>\n

Esto, con el fin de evitar vulneraciones a los derechos de las mujeres privadas de su libertad, adem\u00e1s de que cuenten con\u00a0 espacios y requerimientos b\u00e1sicos para su proceso de reinserci\u00f3n a la sociedad, tal como lo establece la ley en este rengl\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Como son , \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas para su uso, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como fomentar actividades recreativas.<\/p>\n

Reiterando en este sentido, el compromiso de las \u00e1reas que integran el gobierno estatal, de fortalcer la cultura de respeto, reconocimiento y ejercicio de los derechos de todas las personas en Sudcalifornia.<\/p>\n
