desempe\u00f1a cada uno de los y las trabajadoras del Poder Legislativo que conforman un universo de poco m\u00e1s de 350 personas, el diputado Oscar Humberto Manr\u00edquez Ruiz, los llam\u00f3 a mantenerse en unidad, para que las agrupaciones existentes se fortalezcan cada vez m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Reconoci\u00f3 que forman un gran equipo multidisciplinario, con diferentes capacidades, con c\u00famulos de experiencias, con un alto n\u00famero de vivencias, reconociendo especialmente a las y los trabajadores de base sindicalizada que est\u00e1n por recibir un merecido reconocimiento por los a\u00f1os de servicio, teniendo ya algunas personas m\u00e1s de 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 y 5 a\u00f1os de servicio en el Poder Legislativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u201cEs una composici\u00f3n de mentes brillantes, personas con alto sentido de responsabilidad, colaborativas, emp\u00e1ticas, con perfiles profesionales en excelencia de todos los niveles acad\u00e9micos, con una calidad humana impresionante tanto en el personal de base sindicalizada como en el de confianza\u201d, expres\u00f3 desde tribuna el legislador, a trav\u00e9s de un pronunciamiento presentado este jueves en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0\u201cEs un equipo de trabajo multifac\u00e9tico, din\u00e1mico, sobresaliente, competitivo, pero tambi\u00e9n demandante de lo necesario y justo; herm\u00e1nense, val\u00f3rense y recon\u00f3zcanse d\u00eda a d\u00eda, para desde lo individual ser mejores personas, hacer mejores las encomiendas y actividades, y puedan tener el \u00e9xito que se anhela.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">El representante popular aludi\u00f3 al cincuentenario de la conversi\u00f3n de territorio federal a Estado libre y soberano; el Congreso Constituyente de 1975, al Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, transcurriendo hasta ahora, 16 legislaturas y con una gran diversidad de representaciones y transformaciones en su funcionamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u201cLas y los legisladores somos representantes de los ciudadanos en los distritos con periodos de tiempo por tres a\u00f1os, nos convertimos como aves de paso, pero con alta responsabilidad por el manejo, administraci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de los recursos financieros, humano y materiales de este Congreso, nosotros aprendemos de lo que ustedes como trabajadores ya
