Lo anterior, en cumplimiento con el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico para la Promoci\u00f3n de la Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en el Proceso Electoral Concurrente 2023-2024 del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los signatarios fueron el Dr. Alejandro Palacios Espinosa, el MSC. Cesar Adonai Taylor Maldonado y el Lic. Carlos Eduardo Salazar Casta\u00f1eda, Consejero Presidente, Consejero Electoral y Secretario Ejecutivo del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur, respectivamente; el Lic. Omar Salvador Guti\u00e9rrez Trujillo y el Lic.
