{"id":138046,"date":"2024-06-19T12:37:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T18:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138046"},"modified":"2024-06-19T12:37:34","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T18:37:34","slug":"firma-poder-judicial-del-estado-convenio-de-colaboracion-academica-con-indepac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138046","title":{"rendered":"Firma Poder Judicial del Estado convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica con INDEPAC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-138047 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-2-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-2-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/>El Poder Judicial del Estado de Baja California Sur, reafirm\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con directivos del Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal INDEPAC, llevando acabo la firma de dos convenios acad\u00e9micos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Estos convenios fueron suscritos por los representantes de las instituciones, el Presidente del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado Magistrado Ra\u00fal Juan Mendoza Unz\u00f3n, y por el Presidente del Consejo Acad\u00e9mico de INDEPAC Francisco Alfredo Delgadillo Aguirre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Magistrado Presidente apunt\u00f3 que el primero de ellos es para la impartici\u00f3n de una Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Civil con Diplomado en Especializaci\u00f3n en Litigio Oral Civil y Familiar, y el segundo para una Especialidad en Sistema Acusatorio Adversarial con Diplomado en Formaci\u00f3n de Jueces Penales en el Sistema Acusatorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El tambi\u00e9n Presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la firma de convenios que permitan la actualizaci\u00f3n, profesionalizaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n educativa no solo del personal que labora en el Poder Judicial, sino de abogados particulares y servidores p\u00fablicos que laboran en otras instituciones en el Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantenerse actualizados y preparados en cuanto a la implementaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares, un nuevo ordenamiento que cambiar\u00e1 la forma de impartir justicia y cuyo l\u00edmite para su aplicaci\u00f3n es el 1 de abril de 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Magistrado Presidente, indic\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas cuando se proporcione la informaci\u00f3n del programa acad\u00e9mico y de su calendarizaci\u00f3n, para que servidores judiciales y abogados litigantes de todo el Estado puedan inscribirse, pues podr\u00e1n cursarse de manera presencial y en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Poder Judicial del Estado de Baja California Sur, reafirm\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con directivos del Instituto de Estudios Superiores<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":138047,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-138046","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
