{"id":138116,"date":"2024-06-20T15:19:54","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T21:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138116"},"modified":"2024-06-20T15:19:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T21:19:54","slug":"va-fiscalia-anticorrupcion-por-mas-penalidad-por-actos-de-corrupcion-y-ampliar-plazos-de-prescripcion-de-delitos-ortiz-amao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138116","title":{"rendered":"Va Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n por m\u00e1s penalidad por actos de corrupci\u00f3n y ampliar plazos de prescripci\u00f3n de delitos: Ortiz Amao"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-138117 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/FOTO-FISCAL-ANTICORRUPCION-BOLETIN-11-755x421.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Baja California Sur, Lenin Emiliano Ortiz Amao, anunci\u00f3 que desde el Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n se prepara la presentaci\u00f3n de tres reformas de ley para fortalecer las facultades de la instituci\u00f3n para investigar, sancionar y elevar la penalidad a los hechos de corrupci\u00f3n y lograr autonom\u00eda administrativa y patrimonial de la fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dentro del Plan Anual de Trabajo 2024 del Sistema y en el marco del nombramiento del nuevo Secretario T\u00e9cnico del SEA BCS, Servando Villavicencio, se impulsar\u00e1n estas reformas de las que, una de ellas, contempla ampliar los tiempos de prescripci\u00f3n de los delitos cometidos por servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cQueremos ampliar el plazo para que de una administraci\u00f3n a otra se pueda investigar y sancionar porque la mayor\u00eda de estos delitos se cometen al amparo del poder y el periodo para investigar y sancionar no trasciende una administraci\u00f3n, no pasa de cinco a\u00f1os\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que trav\u00e9s del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana se busca lograr el aumento de penas para los hechos de corrupci\u00f3n, \u201cque no sea m\u00e1s penalizado robar con un cuchillo en un comercio que robar millones de pesos del erario p\u00fablico.
