{"id":138522,"date":"2024-07-02T16:06:35","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T22:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138522"},"modified":"2024-07-02T16:06:35","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T22:06:35","slug":"detectan-32-vehiculos-con-uso-ilegal-de-polarizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138522","title":{"rendered":"Detectan 32 veh\u00edculos con uso ilegal de polarizado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-138523 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/OPERATIVO-POLARIZADO_04-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"225\" \/>Durante el primer d\u00eda de la reactivaci\u00f3n de los operativos de verificaci\u00f3n de polarizado en veh\u00edculos el pasado 1\u00ba de julio, implementado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal de La Paz, en conjunto con la Polic\u00eda Estatal, se detectaron un total de 32 veh\u00edculos de diversos tipos, en el punto de control instalado en las calles Margarita Maza de Ju\u00e1rez y Sonora, los cuales contaban en sus cristales delantero, trasero y laterales con alg\u00fan grado de oscurecimiento sobrepasando los l\u00edmites permitidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, la Teniente Rut de la Fuente Vel\u00e1zquez, Directora General de la Polic\u00eda Municipal indic\u00f3 que durante este primer d\u00eda de operativo se logr\u00f3 detectar mediante el uso del espectr\u00f3metro a 32 veh\u00edculos que sobrepasan el nivel permitido en polarizado, a quienes se les elabor\u00f3 la boleta de infracci\u00f3n correspondiente por infringir el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito en su art\u00edculo 43 fracci\u00f3n XIII, sumado a lo anterior se retir\u00f3 el polarizado a 17 veh\u00edculos de personas que accedieron al retiro de manera voluntaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La directora general, Teniente Rut de la Fuente reafirm\u00f3 que el objetivo principal de estos operativos es garantizar la seguridad de las y los ciudadanos, al tiempo de dar cumplimiento a lo acordado durante la Mesa Estatal de Seguridad, as\u00ed como a lo establecido en Reglamentos de Tr\u00e1nsito para el municipio de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la Teniente Rut exhort\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a respetar lo estipulado en el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito para la Movilidad Segura para el Municipio de La Paz, ya que los pperativos de verificaci\u00f3n de polarizado seguir\u00e1n de manera constante y aleatoria en las diversas avenidas de la ciudad, de igual forma invit\u00f3 a las y los conductores a buscar entre las opciones adecuadas en polarizado, que est\u00e9n permitidas y que mejor les convenga colocar en su veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el primer d\u00eda de la reactivaci\u00f3n de los operativos de verificaci\u00f3n de polarizado en veh\u00edculos el pasado 1\u00ba de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-138522","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
