{"id":138798,"date":"2024-07-10T14:59:42","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T20:59:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138798"},"modified":"2024-07-10T14:59:42","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T20:59:42","slug":"el-congreso-del-estado-cumple-al-100-en-materia-de-transparencia-unidad-de-transparencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=138798","title":{"rendered":"El Congreso del Estado cumple al 100% en materia de transparencia: Unidad de Transparencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-138799 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/MARIBEL-PEREZ-UNIDAD-TRANSPARENCIA-CONGRESOBCS-240710-1-755x425.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"349\" height=\"196\" \/>Calificado con un 100% de transparencia por parte del Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales del Estado de Baja California Sur (ITAI), el Congreso del Estado, fortalece as\u00ed la cultura de transparencia y garantiza el derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Maribel P\u00e9rez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, titular de la Unidad de Transparencia del Poder Legislativo, inform\u00f3 que la notificaci\u00f3n enviada por la Doctora Rebeca Lizette Buenrostro Guti\u00e9rrez, Comisionada Presidenta del ITAI, da cuenta del dictamen emitido por el pleno del Consejo del ITAI, mediante el cual se dan por terminadas las acciones de verificaci\u00f3n de las obligaciones de transparencia del art\u00edculo 75 de la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, la funcionaria explic\u00f3 que el pasado agosto de 2023 fue calificado con un 72% de cumplimiento (calificaci\u00f3n baja), por ello el dictamen del ITAI fue en el sentido de no cumpli\u00f3, no obstante, una vez subsanados todos los incumplimientos detectados, as\u00ed como obligaciones tanto en el portal de internet como en la plataforma nacional de transparencia, y desde el 8 de noviembre del 2023 el Congreso ya est\u00e1 en cumplimiento de transparencia al 94% y a la fecha ya est\u00e1 al 100%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En adici\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que la Unidad de Transparencia atiende a la o el ciudadano que desee informaci\u00f3n, acudiendo directamente al m\u00f3dulo que se encuentra en la planta baja del Palacio Legislativo, v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico o por tel\u00e9fono; las puertas est\u00e1n abiertas para recibir las solicitudes de la poblaci\u00f3n, remat\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Calificado con un 100% de transparencia por parte del Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de Datos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-138798","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
