Este ambicioso proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 en la Colonia Fundadores, dentro de la Delegaci\u00f3n Municipal de Guerrero Negro, y se compondr\u00e1 de tres directrices principales: la conformaci\u00f3n de un malec\u00f3n, la construcci\u00f3n de una plaza p\u00fablica y el desarrollo de una cancha de b\u00e9isbol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*Localizaci\u00f3n y Alcance del Proyecto*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El espacio p\u00fablico se ubicar\u00e1 entre el edificio de la Delegaci\u00f3n Municipal y el canal de agua de mar de la Exportadora de Sal de Guerrero Negro, conectando con la Laguna de Guerrero Negro. Las coordenadas centrales del sitio son 789764; 3097643 (UTM ZONA 11, DATUM WGS84).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*Diagn\u00f3stico Ambiental*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La MIA destaca que el proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 dentro del \u00c1rea Natural Protegida (ANP) Reserva de la Biosfera El Vizca\u00edno. Este sitio presenta una vegetaci\u00f3n secundaria hal\u00f3fila y xer\u00f3fila severamente impactada por la urbanizaci\u00f3n, predominando las especies Frankenia salina y Atriplex julacea. No se encuentran fuentes de agua dulce en el \u00e1rea, caracterizada por su aridez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*Efectos Ambientales y Medidas de Mitigaci\u00f3n*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las actividades iniciales incluir\u00e1n el ahuyentamiento de fauna silvestre y la remoci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n secundaria. Se implementar\u00e1n varias medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n para minimizar el impacto ambiental, como trabajar \u00fanicamente durante el d\u00eda, utilizar maquinaria en buen estado, realizar limpieza constante en la zona de trabajo y evitar la caza y quema de vegetaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los trabajadores recibir\u00e1n capacitaci\u00f3n ambiental y se dispondr\u00e1n contenedores para residuos s\u00f3lidos, asegurando su correcta gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*Importancia del Proyecto*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El malec\u00f3n ofrecer\u00e1 un corredor con vistas panor\u00e1micas al paisaje natural, mientras que la plaza p\u00fablica y la cancha de b\u00e9isbol proporcionar\u00e1n espacios recreativos para la comunidad.
