{"id":139516,"date":"2024-07-31T15:08:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T21:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=139516"},"modified":"2024-07-31T15:08:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T21:08:06","slug":"obtiene-pgje-vinculacion-a-proceso-contra-una-mujer-por-allanamiento-de-morada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=139516","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene PGJE vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra una mujer por allanamiento de morada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-139517 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-550-2024-755x444.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"207\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Maya \u201cN\u201d por el delito de allanamiento de morada, por hechos ocurridos en la capital del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la causa penal J-139\/2024, el 22 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, aproximadamente a las 11:25 horas, Maya \u201cN\u201d se introdujo sin autorizaci\u00f3n al inmueble destinado a casa habitaci\u00f3n en la colonia Centro; fue detenida por elementos preventivos y puesta a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia inicial con detenido, realizada el 25 de julio, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de la imputada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas present\u00f3 pruebas suficientes para que el Juez dictara vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la imputada, solicitando prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera excepcional debido al riesgo de sustracci\u00f3n, ya que Maya \u201cN\u201d no tiene un domicilio fijo.
