\"\"\u00a0<\/strong>En cumplimiento a su labor de procurar justicia, agentes de investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), cumplimentaron tres mandamientos judiciales en contra de tres sujetos, buscados por su relaci\u00f3n en delitos de robo, violaci\u00f3n y violaci\u00f3n equiparada con violencia.<\/p>\n

\n

La primera orden de aprehensi\u00f3n se obtuvo como resultado de la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n a cargo de personal de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales Zona Norte, en Santa Rosal\u00eda, en proceso que inici\u00f3 en el 2021 derivado de la denuncia interpuesta por la parte ofendida por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equipara con violencia, en contra de Francisco N de 42 a\u00f1os de edad, detenido el viernes 9 del mes en curso en la colonia El Jaral, en Loreto.<\/p>\n

\n

El s\u00e1bado 10 de agosto en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n a Mario N, de 37 a\u00f1os de edad, lo aseguraron en la colonia Los Olivos, para cumplimentar mandamiento judicial por el delito de robo calificado.<\/p>\n

\n

Por la tarde del mismo s\u00e1bado de 10 de agosto, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Unidad de Mandamientos Judiciales de la PGJ, aseguraron a Jos\u00e9 N, de 30 a\u00f1os de edad, imputado por 2 cargos de violaci\u00f3n en La Paz.<\/p>\n

La PGJE cumple con su compromiso de realizar acciones que den certeza al Estado de Derecho y dejar a los responsables de transgredirlo ante la autoridad Judicial responsable de aplicar la sanci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
