extraordinario de sesiones, integrantes de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, eligieron por unanimidad al abogado B\u00e1rbaro Valenzuela Serrano como Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur, para ocupar el cargo por un periodo de seis a\u00f1os, del 13 de septiembre de 2024 al 12 de septiembre de 2030, tras la conclusi\u00f3n de la responsabilidad del Magistrado Ra\u00fal Juan Mendoza Unz\u00f3n a partir del 13 de septiembre de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras el resolutivo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que determin\u00f3 la elegibilidad de los integrantes de la terna enviada por el titular del Poder Ejecutivo, se desahogaron las comparecencias y se procedi\u00f3 a la elecci\u00f3n por c\u00e9dula secreta, resultando electo Valenzuela Serrano con 20 votos un\u00e1nimes sobre los integrantes de la terna enviada por el Poder Ejecutivo, Joaqu\u00edn Ba\u00f1os Hern\u00e1ndez y Luis Alonso Polanco Reyes,\u00a0 de conformidad en lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado y Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">El reci\u00e9n electo Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, deber\u00e1 tomar protesta el d\u00eda 13 de septiembre de 2024 a las 09:00 horas, en el marco de una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria que convocar\u00e1 la Mesa Directiva del Primer Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones del Primer A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Una vez rendida la protesta de ley, ocupar\u00e1 la responsabilidad del 13 de septiembre de 2024 al 12 de septiembre de 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la toma de protesta la Mesa Directiva deber\u00e1 emitir el decreto para su publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California Sur, para los efectos legales
