\"\"En el tema de las invasiones, habr\u00e1 cero tolerancia y se aplicar\u00e1 la Ley sin excepci\u00f3n alguna, con total respeto al Estado de derecho, enfatiz\u00f3 el secretario General de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, al encabezar en el municipio de Los Cabos, encuentro de trabajo con representantes del Ejido Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n

Acompa\u00f1ado de Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Higuera, secretario del Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos y autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno; Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, asegur\u00f3 que se trabaja de manera coordinada para atender, contener y sancionar estos actos, que afectan principalmente a quienes tienen la necesidad de una vivienda, y la adquieren con enga\u00f1os, de manera ilegal o en zonas irregulares, poniendo en riesgo su vida, en temporadas de lluvias.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde el Gobierno del Estado, que encabeza V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, reiteramos nuestro compromiso con las familias de garantizar su derecho a tener un patrimonio digno y seguro, por lo que no se permitir\u00e1n las invasiones, no solo en este municipio, sino en toda la entidad\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el secretario General de Gobierno.<\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3, que como parte de las acciones que se implementan en este rengl\u00f3n, se estableci\u00f3 un protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida entre las instituciones, para poder contener los actos que se denuncien y sean del conocimiento de la autoridad, para evitar se invada propiedad privada y mantener el orden y la paz social.<\/p>\n

Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez hizo un atento a las personas para que no se dejen enga\u00f1ar por quienes lucran con una necesidad como el contar con un lugar para vivir, para que se acerquen a las dependencias gubernamentales encargadas de brindar este servicio, reciban informaci\u00f3n y puedan adquirir un bien inmueble de manera legal y segura, sin poner en riesgo su patrimonio familiar o su vida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
