del Estado de Baja California Sur, notificara el pasado 02 de diciembre del 2021 al Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur, ocho recomendaciones preliminares emitidas antes de la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe individua, quedando pendiente de solventar el rubro de cumplimiento y gesti\u00f3n financiera, el cual se identific\u00f3 con la clave C-3, toda vez que, no se registr\u00f3 contablemente el bien inmueble del Instituto Estatal Electoral con el m\u00ednimo valor catastral de la construcci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo se registr\u00f3 el valor del terreno, la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado inform\u00f3 que derivado de los oficios se\u00f1alados, en el oficio, del ente fiscalizado Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur remiti\u00f3 como constancia de cumplimiento una serie de documentos relativos al bien inmueble aportando clave catastral.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En raz\u00f3n de lo anterior, el Diputado Oscar Humberto Manr\u00edquez Ru\u00edz, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Baja California Sur, precis\u00f3 que, se consider\u00f3 como subsanada la situaci\u00f3n administrativa irregular al haberse implementado las medidas correctivas necesarias por parte del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur, como resultado de las acciones de seguimiento llevadas a cabo por la Unidad de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Control de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Auditoria Superior del Estado de Baja California Sur, toda vez que se tuvo acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n aportada por el ente fiscalizado y la Auditoria Superior del Estado de Baja California Sur, relativa a las acciones llevadas a cabo en t\u00e9rminos de lo dispuesto en el resolutivo cuarto del multicitado decreto, \u201cpor lo que esta Unidad de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Control, coincide con el criterio adoptado por las dos entidades antes se\u00f1aladas, en el sentido de considerar que se acredita la conclusi\u00f3n del proceso de cumplimentaci\u00f3n respecto de la observaci\u00f3n C-3 consistente en que no se registr\u00f3 contablemente el bien inmueble del Instituto Estatal Electoral con el m\u00ednimo valor catastral de la construcci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo se registr\u00f3 el valor del terreno\u201d, asent\u00f3 el legislador en
