356px) 100vw, 356px\" \/>La suma de voluntades con organizaciones civiles de car\u00e1cter altruista es uno de los esquemas priorizados por el Gobierno de Baja California Sur para desarrollar acciones de salud que mejoren la calidad de vida de personas vulnerables, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la presidenta honoraria del Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SEDIF), Patricia L\u00f3pez Navarro al inaugurar este fin de semana la Jornada de Cirug\u00edas Gratuitas de Mano en el Hospital General de Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la apertura de esta actividad, junto con la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Cirug\u00eda de la Mano, encabezada por el doctor V\u00edctor Azpeitia Pe\u00f1a, L\u00f3pez Navarro mencion\u00f3 que estas operaciones, con las que se beneficiaron a 37 sudcalifornianas y sudcalifornianos que carecen de recursos para solventar estos procedimientos en la iniciativa privada, son un reflejo de la estrategia \u201c\u00e9chale mont\u00f3n\u201d que implement\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n del gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo para atender las necesidades de grupos prioritarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es una iniciativa que plantea, como en este caso, conjuntar esfuerzos y hacer un uso optimizado de recursos para llevar a cabo labores que marquen una diferencia en el bienestar de personas que se encuentran en condiciones de adversidad, como son ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os que presentan defectos cong\u00e9nitos de manos o adultos que perdieron la movilidad de estos \u00f3rganos a causa de accidentes o como consecuencia de diversas enfermedades, estableci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para el desarrollo de esta jornada el SEDIF aport\u00f3 el monto necesario para el traslado de las y los especialistas a la entidad; salud estatal e IMSS Bienestar aportaron los insumos utilizados en las operaciones y durante los servicios de hospitalizaci\u00f3n, en tanto que las y los doctores de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Cirug\u00eda de la Mano hicieron estos procedimientos sin realizar cobro alguno, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ada por la directora del hospital sede, Jazm\u00edn Ortalejo L\u00f3pez Guerra, la presidenta del SEDIF puntualiz\u00f3 que con esta jornada, que es la tercera en realizarse en Baja California Sur, son m\u00e1s de 90 pacientes de los cinco municipios que acceden a estos procedimientos quir\u00fargicos gratuitos que en muchos de los casos permiten recuperar la movilidad de sus extremidades y que en otros contribuyen a controlarlas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
