\"\"Como lo establece la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo en su art\u00edculo 16, este 31 de agosto fue instalada la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur (2024-2027), mediante sesi\u00f3n solemne de instalaci\u00f3n ante representantes de los tres poderes del Estado.<\/p>\n

El protocolo constitucional inici\u00f3 con la sesi\u00f3n de clausura de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente en la Sala de Comisiones Armando Aguilar Paniagua, para posteriormente en la sesi\u00f3n solemne desarrollada en la Sala de Sesiones Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n, \u00a0la diputada Gabriela Montoya en calidad de secretaria de la Mesa Directiva de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente, dio lectura al informe del Instituto Estatal Electoral con la conformaci\u00f3n de la XVII Legislatura.<\/p>\n

Posteriormente el diputado presidente Eduardo Van Wormer encabez\u00f3 el proceso de votaci\u00f3n por propuesta de planillas y votaci\u00f3n mediante c\u00e9dula secreta de la Mesa Directiva que presidir\u00e1 los trabajos del primer periodo ordinario de sesiones del primer a\u00f1o de ejercicio constitucional, resultando electa la diputada Karina Olivas Parra (PT) presidenta, Lourdes Cornejo Rend\u00f3n (NABCS) vicepresidenta, Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez Jacinto (MORENA), Secretaria y Fernando Hoyos Aguilar (PT) prosecretario.<\/p>\n

Conforme a la ley que rige el Poder Legislativo, Olivas Parra rindi\u00f3 protesta y posteriormente tom\u00f3 protesta a sus hom\u00f3logas y hom\u00f3logos que integran la XVII Legislatura del Congreso de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n

La conformaci\u00f3n de la XVII Legislatura qued\u00f3 integrada por las fracciones parlamentarias de MORENA, PT, NABCS as\u00ed como las representaciones del PVEM, PAN y PRI.<\/p>\n

La presidenta de la mesa directiva cit\u00f3 a la sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica solemne de apertura del primer periodo ordinario de sesiones del primer a\u00f1o de ejercicio constitucional el domingo 01 de septiembre a las 11:00 horas.<\/p>\n
