El mandatario destac\u00f3 que el obtener un testamento garantiza claridad y legalidad en la distribuci\u00f3n de los bienes, evitando as\u00ed conflictos familiares. \u201cContar con un documento de este tipo asegura claridad y legalidad en la distribuci\u00f3n de los bienes, con ello evita conflictos que incluso llegan a dividir familias\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, que tuvo lugar en la Sala de Gobernadores de Palacio de Gobierno, Castro Cos\u00edo reconoci\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n del Colegio de Notarios, resaltando que Baja California Sur es el \u00fanico estado del pa\u00eds donde tambi\u00e9n en marzo se ofrece un descuento del 50% en el costo del tr\u00e1mite testamentario.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En presencia de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n locales, el Gobernador convoc\u00f3 a las y los notarios a mejorar la calidad del servicio que brindan a la ciudadan\u00eda, exhort\u00e1ndolos a conducirse con honorabilidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que cualquier acto fuera de la ley podr\u00eda ser sancionado. En este sentido, anunci\u00f3 que, durante el resto de su administraci\u00f3n, la apertura de nuevas oficial\u00edas solo se autorizar\u00e1 con el aval del propio Colegio de Notarios, dejando atr\u00e1s el antiguo esquema de que dichas decisiones eran tomadas a discreci\u00f3n del Gobernador.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Esta medida busca asegurar que los documentos tramitados en estos espacios, esenciales para el patrimonio de las familias sudcalifornianas, se manejen con la m\u00e1xima responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La campa\u00f1a \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento\u201d es una estrategia implementada por la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n desde hace 21 a\u00f1os, con el objetivo de fomentar la cultura testamentaria entre las y los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cualquier persona mayor de edad, con bienes y descendientes, puede tramitar su testamento a un costo reducido.
