El evento inici\u00f3 cuando el Gobernador \u00a0de Baja California Sur recibi\u00f3 el l\u00e1baro patrio de manos de la escolta de la Tercera Zona Militar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su discurso, Castro Cos\u00edo record\u00f3 a los h\u00e9roes que, con su valent\u00eda y sacrificio, lograron la independencia de M\u00e9xico.
