{"id":141863,"date":"2024-10-08T14:47:10","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T20:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=141863"},"modified":"2024-10-08T14:47:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-08T20:47:10","slug":"cabildo-de-la-paz-aprueba-descuentos-en-pagos-del-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=141863","title":{"rendered":"Cabildo de La Paz aprueba descuentos en pagos del predial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-141864 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cabildo-de-La-Paz-aprueba-descuentos-en-pagos-del-Predial-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"437\" height=\"291\" \/>Durante la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, el cuerpo edilicio de La Paz aprob\u00f3 el programa temporal de descuentos en el pago del impuesto predial, con vigencia del 16 de octubre del 2024 al 31 de marzo del 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal, Milena Quiroga Romero, dio a conocer que \u201cse autoriza el programa en beneficio de los contribuyentes que cumplan de manera anticipada con su obligaci\u00f3n correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2025 y regularicen su situaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 2024 y anteriores, realizando el pago en una sola exhibici\u00f3n, en los t\u00e9rminos correspondientes\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3 que, en el cumplimiento anticipado del ejercicio fiscal 2025, el Ayuntamiento de La Paz otorgar\u00e1 30% de descuento del 16 al 31 de octubre; 25% del 01 al 30 de noviembre; 20% del 01 al 31 de diciembre; 15% en el periodo del 01 al 31 de enero del 2025 y 10% del 01 de febrero al 31 de marzo del 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, los contribuyentes que realicen el pago atrasado del 2024 y a\u00f1os anteriores, obtendr\u00e1n un 20% del 16 de octubre al 30 de noviembre y aplicar\u00e1 el 15% para quienes hagan el tr\u00e1mite del 01 al 31 de diciembre.
