fin de establecer objetivos, lineamientos y funciones correspondientes de quienes integran al Consejo y las Brigadas Municipales de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos encabezadas por el alcalde Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez, finalmente quedaron instalados los trabajos a realizar antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la presencia de alg\u00fan agente perturbador de origen natural o humano que ponga en peligro la integridad f\u00edsica o patrimonial de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En presencia de las y los representantes de las fuerzas armadas y de los tres \u00f3rdenes de Gobierno, el presidente municipal de Los Cabos tom\u00f3 protesta a las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas a quienes inst\u00f3 ser agentes de cambio, promoviendo la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n como parte del mejoramiento constante en la integraci\u00f3n, concertaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n con los sectores sociales y privados ante emergencias o desastres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSiempre hemos tenido sorpresas y eventualidades con muchos contratiempos ocasionados por fen\u00f3menos hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos, sin embargo, en alg\u00fan momento dejar\u00e1n de ser \u00fanicamente las tormentas y ciclones tropicales, tambi\u00e9n la actividad s\u00edsmica podr\u00eda llegar a ser catastr\u00f3fica y en ese sentido necesitamos tener la mayor prevenci\u00f3n posible\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el edil cabe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, Christian Ag\u00fandez precis\u00f3 que incluso la sequ\u00eda puede llegar a ser un agente perturbador de riesgo, por ello, es importante comenzar a innovar al interior del Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, entendiendo que las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas adversas pueden ir en aumento y ser cada vez m\u00e1s recurrentes derivado del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs necesario tener resiliencia en las ciudades ante estos cambios y precisamente por esa raz\u00f3n es probable que sean convocadas m\u00e1s sesiones con la asistencia de quienes integran las Brigadas de Protecci\u00f3n Civil\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el presidente municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el subsecretario Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, H\u00e9ctor Amparano Herrera, reconoci\u00f3 al alcalde de Los Cabos por el inter\u00e9s en la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n al instalar formalmente el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil a pocos d\u00edas de haber iniciado su gesti\u00f3n al frente de la Presidencia Municipal: \u201cSigue activa la Temporada de Tormentas y Ciclones Tropicales 2024, por lo que es de reconocerse la coordinaci\u00f3n que aqu\u00ed se pueda generar de manera oportuna de ser necesario\u201d, destac\u00f3 el servidor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se destaca la presencia de la IX regidora y presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Edilicia de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz, del secretario general del Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos Alberto Renter\u00eda Santana, as\u00ed como del director municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Francisco Cota M\u00e1rquez y del director general de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y
