XVIII Ayuntamiento de La Paz se efectu\u00f3 la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Instalaci\u00f3n del Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, la cual estuvo encabezada por la Alcaldesa, Milena Quiroga Romero, en conjunto con autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno. Este consejo tendr\u00e1 vigencia hasta el 27 de septiembre de 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Director de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Municipal, Francisco Cervantes Navarro, destac\u00f3 que la principal funci\u00f3n es garantizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, expres\u00f3 al respecto: \u201csabemos bien que la Temporada de Ciclones Tropicales 2024 finaliza el 30 de noviembre, por lo que este Consejo junto con las 12 brigadas y el programa especial de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, son esenciales para enfrentar de manera organizada cualquier eventualidad que pudiera presentarse\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los pron\u00f3sticos para la presente temporada el Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional (SMN) contemplaba la formaci\u00f3n de entre 15 y 18 sistemas tropicales en el Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico, de los cuales 8 han sido tormentas tropicales, 3 huracanes y una depresi\u00f3n tropical.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los expertos, entre 4 y 7 de estos sistemas podr\u00edan desarrollarse en lo que resta de la temporada. Informaron que hasta el momento el hurac\u00e1n Kristi, categor\u00eda 3, no representa riesgo para el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil continuar\u00e1 trabajando de manera coordinada en materia de prevenci\u00f3n para privilegiar la integridad y seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda ante cualquier fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico concluy\u00f3 Cervantes Navarro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la Sala de Cabildo del H.
