{"id":142632,"date":"2024-10-29T07:53:31","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T14:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=142632"},"modified":"2024-10-29T07:53:31","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T14:53:31","slug":"integran-poderes-legislativo-ejecutivo-y-organismos-agenda-legislativa-conjunta-en-materia-de-combate-a-la-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=142632","title":{"rendered":"Integran poderes legislativo, ejecutivo y organismos agenda legislativa conjunta en materia de combate a la corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-142633 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/COM-TRANSPARENCIA-241028-1-740x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"263\" \/>Con la finalidad de establecer una agenda de trabajo conjunta, el Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n (SEA), la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n, el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa, el Instituto de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n (ITAIBCS) y los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo, encabezados por la diputada Karina Olivas Parra, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n de la XVII Legislatura de Baja California Sur, iniciaron el an\u00e1lisis de los temas pendientes de legislar en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Integrantes del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de SEA, el Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n Lenin Emiliano Ortiz, la titular del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa (TJA), Claudia M\u00e9ndez, la Contralora del Gobierno del Estado, Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda, el Subsecretario de Enlace Legislativo, Ariel Castro, en representaci\u00f3n del Poder Ejecutivo, acudieron al llamado de la legisladora y sus hom\u00f3logas secretarias de la comisi\u00f3n, diputadas Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez Jacinto y Arlene Moreno Maciel, para dar seguimiento al marco jur\u00eddico ya reformado, as\u00ed como analizar los asuntos pendientes y los que se vislumbran en la agenda nacional, en materia de transparencia y anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se enlistaron reformas torales como las referentes a la eliminaci\u00f3n del fuero, el aumento de delitos de corrupci\u00f3n y aumentar los a\u00f1os de prescripci\u00f3n, iniciativas que ya ha trabajado la diputada Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La reforma para la autonom\u00eda para la Fiscal\u00eda especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 el tema de la primera mesa de trabajo, al que le seguir\u00e1n otras propuestas como las del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del SEA en materia de una iniciativa de ley 3 de 3, otras iniciativas en materia de mejora regulatoria, as\u00ed como algunas reformas generales en materia de transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La diputada Karina Olivas sostuvo que la XVII legislatura, es una legislatura anticorrupci\u00f3n, que trabajar\u00e1 para hacer las modificaciones necesarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la diputada Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez extern\u00f3 que hay mucho por hacer y \u201cExisten muchos retos en temas presupuestales en materia de combate a la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d.
