{"id":142747,"date":"2024-11-01T09:40:10","date_gmt":"2024-11-01T16:40:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=142747"},"modified":"2024-11-01T09:40:10","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T16:40:10","slug":"se-reunen-tres-ordenes-de-gobierno-para-dar-seguimiento-al-programa-de-vivienda-en-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=142747","title":{"rendered":"Se re\u00fanen tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno para dar seguimiento al programa de vivienda en BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-142748 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/FOTO2-BOLETIN-SGG-SEGUIMIENTO-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"240\" \/>El secretario General de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, encabez\u00f3 este jueves en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, reuni\u00f3n con las y los alcaldes de los 5 municipios, para dar seguimiento a los trabajos que se desarrollan en Baja California Sur por parte de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, en el marco del Programa Nacional de Vivienda para el Bienestar, anunciado recientemente por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante la representante de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), Silvia Mar\u00eda del Carmen Salas Cari\u00f1o, del titular del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT), Alberto Cese\u00f1a Cos\u00edo, autoridades de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (CONAVI) e instancias estatales y del Colegio de Notarios, el Secretario refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de coordinar esfuerzos para que la poblaci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s lo requiera, acceda a este programa y con ello, contribuir a una mejor calidad de vida y sobre todo, el que cuenten con un patrimonio seguro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante este encuentro, se retom\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la importancia de garantizar que la reserva territorial, destinada para la construcci\u00f3n de las 37 mil 500 viviendas, cuente con las condiciones necesarias para que accedan a servicios b\u00e1sicos y cumplan con la normatividad establecida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se acord\u00f3 que, en la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n, los municipios presentar\u00e1n los pol\u00edgonos identificados en este sentido, para ir avanzando en cada uno de los tr\u00e1mites y procesos establecidos para la realizaci\u00f3n de este proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que 25 mil ser\u00e1n destinadas a personas no derechohabientes a trav\u00e9s de la CONAVI y 12 mil 500, se realizar\u00e1n por medio del Infonavit para derechohabientes de bajos ingresos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El secretario General de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, encabez\u00f3 este jueves en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-142747","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
