Adicionalmente, a promover la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n del discurso de odio, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las instituciones p\u00fablicas, el sector privado y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador fue puntual al precisar que, de no tener claridad de las responsabilidades competentes del consejo local, la promoci\u00f3n y actuaci\u00f3n para eliminar todas las formas de discriminaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n insostenibles y limitar\u00e1n el alcance del objeto de la Ley Para Prevenir yEliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agundez Cervantes, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que mediante decretos publicados en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n en fechas 20 de marzo de 2014, 22 de noviembre de 2021, 17 de mayo de 2022 y 04 de diciembre de 2023, se reformaron y adicionaron diversas fracciones al art\u00edculo 9 de la Ley Federal Para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n, referentes a las conductas consideradas discriminatorias, mismas que no se encuentran establecidas en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, por lo que las reformas propuestas a la legislaci\u00f3n local son necesarias para elaborar, difundir y promover que en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n se incorporen contenidos orientados a prevenir y eliminar las pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias y el discurso de odio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de BCS turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Derechos Humanos y Asuntos Ind\u00edgenas,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":143555,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-143554","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
