municipio de Comond\u00fa a trav\u00e9s de la capacitaci\u00f3n con el progreso de habilidades y conocimientos para el \u00e1mbito laboral, profesional, educativo y de emprendimiento, el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para los Trabajadores del Estado (ICATEBCS), llev\u00f3 a cabo la entrega de 119 constancias con valor curricular a mujeres y hombres de dicha regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La titular de la dependencia, Cinthya F\u00e1tima Montufas Ch\u00e1vez, acompa\u00f1ada del presidente municipal de Comond\u00fa, Roberto Pantoja Castro, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la formaci\u00f3n, la cual ofrece distintos beneficios, as\u00ed como la oportunidad para que las personas contin\u00faen ampliando herramientas y actitudes para el entorno laboral\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n estatal, es llegar tambi\u00e9n hasta las comunidades rurales, ya que en ellas existen mujeres y hombres productivos con ganas de salir adelante; por ello la importancia de impulsar el emprendimiento social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Algunos de los cursos ofrecidos por el instituto consistieron en la elaboraci\u00f3n de jabones naturales, accesorios para cabello de ni\u00f1a, manualidades con resina ep\u00f3xica, elaboraci\u00f3n y montaje de mesas de postres, elaboraci\u00f3n de postres navide\u00f1os, elaboraci\u00f3n de cruces y coronas de fomy, introducci\u00f3n a la equidad de g\u00e9nero, elaboraci\u00f3n y decoraci\u00f3n de velas arom\u00e1ticas navide\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">F\u00e1tima Montufas, reconoci\u00f3 que las acciones de formaci\u00f3n, en cualquier rubro es un derecho, el cual permite ampliar la parte te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica, con ello fortalecer su capacidad de respuesta ante los cambios del entorno o de sus propios requerimientos laborales, incrementando su desempe\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de la preparaci\u00f3n constante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este espacio, la Directora convoc\u00f3 finalmente a las personas interesadas en recibir capacitaci\u00f3n o certificaci\u00f3n en este municipio a acercarse a las instalaciones de acci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil Comond\u00fa, ubicada en Carretera Transpeninsular Km. 212.5 Col, o bien comunicarse al n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono (613) 13-2-57-79 en horario
