la diputada Guillermina D\u00edaz Rodr\u00edguez (PT), segunda secretaria y la diputada Dalia Ver\u00f3nica Collins Mendoza (Morena), segunda secretaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n solemne de clausura, ambas mesa directivas fueron electas por el m\u00e9todo de selecci\u00f3n por cedula secreta, siendo electas por votaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de haberse clausurado el primer per\u00edodo de sesiones, la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda instal\u00f3 la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente acompa\u00f1ada de su mesa directiva conformada por el diputado Sergio Guluarte Cese\u00f1a, primer secretario;
