{"id":144656,"date":"2024-12-19T14:34:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T21:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144656"},"modified":"2024-12-19T14:34:46","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T21:34:46","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-lesiones-calificadas-en-csl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144656","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por lesiones calificadas en CSL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-144657 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/detenido-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"361\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/detenido-13.jpg 725w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/detenido-13-150x83.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 361px) 100vw, 361px\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Leonor \u201cN\u201d por el delito de lesiones calificadas en agravio de un hombre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal J156\/2024, los hechos ocurrieron la tarde del 16 de junio del presente a\u00f1o en la colonia Fuentes de Bellavista, en Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La v\u00edctima se encontraba en el exterior de un domicilio para entregarle dinero al imputado, quien al molestarse, tom\u00f3 un machete y lo golpe\u00f3 en repetidas ocasiones en diversas partes del cuerpo. Estas agresiones causaron lesiones que pusieron en peligro la vida de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En audiencia inicial, realizada el 12 de diciembre en el Centro de Justicia Penal de Cabo San Lucas, la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Diversos present\u00f3 evidencia suficiente para que el Juez de Control vinculara a proceso a Leonor \u201cN\u201d por el delito se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que fue concedida por el Juez.
