{"id":144700,"date":"2024-12-20T13:58:35","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T20:58:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144700"},"modified":"2024-12-20T13:58:35","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T20:58:35","slug":"robo-mercancia-en-walmart-san-jose-y-ahora-enfrenta-proceso-penal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144700","title":{"rendered":"Rob\u00f3 mercanc\u00eda en Walmart San Jos\u00e9 y ahora enfrenta proceso penal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-144701 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FOTO-BOLWETIN-SEP-FORO-747x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"250\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur ha iniciado un proceso penal contra Fidel \u201cN\u201d por su probable responsabilidad en el robo de mercanc\u00eda en una tienda Walmart ubicada en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, municipio de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal J67\/2024, la tarde del 9 de diciembre del presente a\u00f1o, Fidel \u201cN\u201d ingres\u00f3 al establecimiento comercial ubicado en la colonia Primero de Mayo, de donde sustrajo diez paquetes de carne, una manguera de 25 metros, un paquete de 40 pa\u00f1ales, un juego de cuatro tapetes para veh\u00edculos, un cintur\u00f3n y una bolsa de tela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Fidel \u201cN\u201d fue detenido en flagrancia por elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia de control de detenci\u00f3n celebrada el 9 de diciembre de 2024, el Juez calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del imputado. La agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 los datos de prueba necesarios para la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, y el Juez determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a Fidel \u201cN\u201d por el delito de robo calificado cometido en un establecimiento comercial cuando est\u00e9 abierto al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como medidas cautelares, se estableci\u00f3 la firma peri\u00f3dica quincenal y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del municipio de Los Cabos sin autorizaci\u00f3n.
