{"id":144765,"date":"2024-12-23T15:24:25","date_gmt":"2024-12-23T22:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144765"},"modified":"2024-12-23T15:24:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T22:24:25","slug":"inicia-pgje-proceso-penal-contra-jose-rosario-n-por-robo-con-violencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=144765","title":{"rendered":"Inicia PGJE proceso penal contra Jos\u00e9 Rosario \u201cN\u201d por robo con violencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-138699 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/elinformantebcs.mx-pgje-755x396.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"190\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur inici\u00f3 un proceso penal contra Jos\u00e9 Rosario \u201cN\u201d por el delito de robo calificado, cometido en un comercio abierto al p\u00fablico empleando violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal J153\/2024, los hechos ocurrieron el 6 de diciembre de 2024, en un establecimiento ubicado sobre la calle V\u00eda L\u00e1ctea, en la colonia Lomas del Sol, en Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado ingres\u00f3 al comercio, se dirigi\u00f3 al mostrador y, utilizando un objeto amenaz\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima exigi\u00e9ndole dinero y tel\u00e9fonos celulares. Finalmente, despoj\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima de dos celulares y huy\u00f3 del lugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica detuvieron al imputado en flagrancia y lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia inicial, realizada el 9 de diciembre, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 como legal la detenci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Rosario \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, tras la presentaci\u00f3n de pruebas por parte de la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, el Juez vincul\u00f3 al imputado a proceso e impuso como medidas cautelares la firma peri\u00f3dica quincenal, la prohibici\u00f3n de salir sin autorizaci\u00f3n del municipio de Los Cabos, y la prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a la v\u00edctima, testigos y al lugar de los hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, que vencer\u00e1 el 9 de febrero de 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur inici\u00f3 un proceso penal contra Jos\u00e9 Rosario \u201cN\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-144765","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
