La mantuvo privada de su libertad, ejerciendo violencia f\u00edsica que le ocasion\u00f3 escoriaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Los Cabos lograron su detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia criminal y lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico Especializado para la Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas de Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia de control de detenci\u00f3n, realizada el 20 de diciembre, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 como legal la detenci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de Sergio \u201cN\u201d. Posteriormente, la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y present\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes para acreditar la probable responsabilidad del imputado en el delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Juez decret\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Sergio \u201cN\u201d y le impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.
