{"id":145231,"date":"2025-01-12T16:26:38","date_gmt":"2025-01-12T23:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=145231"},"modified":"2025-01-12T16:26:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-12T23:26:38","slug":"ejecuto-aeic-347-mandamientos-judiciales-durante-el-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=145231","title":{"rendered":"Ejecut\u00f3 AEIC 347 mandamientos judiciales durante el 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-145232 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/detenido-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"194\" \/>De enero a diciembre de 2024, agentes de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AEIC) de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur, cumplieron con la ejecuci\u00f3n de 347 mandamientos judiciales, resultado de las denuncias interpuestas por la ciudadan\u00eda, inform\u00f3 el director de la AEIC, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo \u00c1vila Jardines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que este logro se debe al trabajo coordinado entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, as\u00ed como con las Fiscal\u00edas de otras entidades, lo que permiti\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n de personas pr\u00f3fugas de la justicia y probables responsables de delitos graves como feminicidio, homicidio y violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el a\u00f1o se recibieron un total de 425 mandamientos judiciales, incluyendo \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n, reaprehensi\u00f3n y de presentaci\u00f3n, logrando dar cumplimiento tanto a casos recientes como a rezagos de a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Subray\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n cumplimentadas corresponden a delitos de robo en sus diversas modalidades e incumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n alimentaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De enero a diciembre de 2024, agentes de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AEIC) de la Procuradur\u00eda General de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-145231","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
