Fernando Gracia Aguilar, coordin\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n y recopilaci\u00f3n de los documentos hist\u00f3ricos que narran el proceso legislativo que culmin\u00f3 con la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El evento, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el marco del cincuentenario de esa promulgaci\u00f3n, acto que permiti\u00f3 el ingreso al Pacto Federal a nuestro antiguo territorio y que hizo realidad los sue\u00f1os de independencia y soberan\u00eda de miles de sudcalifornianos, en la Sala de Comisiones Lic. Armando Aguilar Paniagua del Congreso, en punto de las 12:00 horas y contar\u00e1 con las intervenciones de la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda, Presidenta de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente, del diputado Eduardo Valent\u00edn Van Wormer Castro, el diputado constituyente Ing.
