{"id":145536,"date":"2025-01-21T07:19:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T14:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=145536"},"modified":"2025-01-21T07:19:59","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T14:19:59","slug":"unen-acciones-icatebcs-e-invi-para-beneficiar-a-las-familias-sudcalifornianas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=145536","title":{"rendered":"Unen acciones ICATEBCS e INVI para beneficiar a las familias sudcalifornianas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-145537 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/FOTO-BOLETIN-ICATEBCS-E-INVI-UNEN-ALIANZA-PARA-BENEFICIAR-A-LAS-FAMILIAS-SUDCALIFORNIANAS-667x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"361\" height=\"266\" \/>Atendiendo al llamado que hace el gobernador, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, en la encomienda de realizar acciones a favor de la activaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres, el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para los Trabajadores del Estado (ICATEBCS) y el Instituto de Vivienda (INVI), suman esfuerzos para beneficiar a familias sudcalifornianas dentro del programa \u201cMujeres Rompiendo Muros\u201d en el sector de construcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer, la directora general, Cinthya Montufas Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante una reuni\u00f3n entre ambas instancias, explic\u00f3 que \u00abMujeres Rompiendo Muros\u201d se ha convertido en un programa muy importante en el Instituto, el cual se enfoca en empoderar a las mujeres y fomentar su desarrollo en oficios no tradicionales en estereotipos de g\u00e9nero, el cual tiene como objetivo principal brindar educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n promoviendo su desarrollo personal y profesional, as\u00ed como el empoderamiento econ\u00f3mico entre las participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en la industria de la construcci\u00f3n es fundamental para promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y aprovechar el talento diverso\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Montufas Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el titular del INVI, Benjam\u00edn Garc\u00eda Meza, expres\u00f3 que se buscar\u00e1 incluir en la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda a las mujeres egresadas del campo de formaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n de ICATEBCS, quienes contar\u00e1n con una constancia que avale su conocimiento dentro de este sector.
