En la propuesta se hace referencia a la necesidad de reforma para encuadrar correctamente cada delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciadora puntualiz\u00f3 que aunque aparentemente en el caso de una persona menor de 15 a\u00f1os, todas las caracter\u00edsticas de un consentimiento libre e informado se den, se debe valorar que en esa edad las personas se encuentran en una etapa formativa, a\u00fan \u00a0en proceso inconcluso de madurez, que \u201cSon personas que no son capaces de comprender el hecho o que, muy probablemente, no comprenden el alcance de la toma de muchas de sus decisiones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que este tipo de delitos, no implican solo el acto delictivo, sino que pueden desatar otro tipo de situaciones como embarazo infantil, da\u00f1o psicol\u00f3gico, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta reforma los art\u00edculos 178 del C\u00f3digo Penal estatal referente a violaci\u00f3n equiparada, 180 referente a abuso sexual de menores y 184 a estupro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se propone elevar la edad de 12 a 15 a\u00f1os como m\u00ednimo para encuadrar el delito de estupro y 15 a\u00f1os como m\u00ednimo para los delitos de abuso sexual de menores y violaci\u00f3n (actualmente es de 14 a\u00f1os).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada a las comisiones de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia y de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dado que a nivel federal el consentimiento sexual libre es a partir de los 15 a\u00f1os y en la legislaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":146672,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-146671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
