{"id":146705,"date":"2025-02-18T22:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T05:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=146705"},"modified":"2025-02-18T22:29:00","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T05:29:00","slug":"investigan-homicidio-con-signos-de-violencia-en-cabo-san-lucas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=146705","title":{"rendered":"Investigan homicidio con signos de violencia en Cabo San Lucas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-144820 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Semefo-16feb22-755x419.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"366\" height=\"203\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), realiza las diligencias de campo y gabinete e inici\u00f3 carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, para esclarecer los hechos ocurridos la tarde de este martes 18 de febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, en que se report\u00f3 a una persona del sexo masculino sin vida en Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aproximadamente a las 02:59 de la tarde, se recibi\u00f3 el reporte v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica, de una persona del sexo masculino sin vida en el tramo carretero, Cabo San Lucas-Todos Santos, a la altura del fraccionamiento Rolling Hills, en Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior agentes de investigaci\u00f3n criminal y peritos acudieron al lugar para corroborar lo anterior, localizaron en un terreno aleda\u00f1o alas cinta asf\u00e1ltica, el cuerpo sin vida de una persona del sexo masculino quien vest\u00eda playera de manga larga, color verde, pantal\u00f3n negro y botas color caf\u00e9, con aparentes signos de violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ordenaron el levantamiento y traslado del cuerpo al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (Semefo) para realizar la necropsia de ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realizaron el an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento del lugar de intervenci\u00f3n, para buscar y levantar toda clase de indicios con la debida cadena de custodia y los trasladaron a los laboratorios de la instituci\u00f3n para su an\u00e1lisis y posterior dictamen, que coadyuvar\u00e1 al esclarecimiento de los hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hoy occiso est\u00e1 en calidad de desconocido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), realiza las diligencias de campo y gabinete e inici\u00f3 carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-146705","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
