{"id":147088,"date":"2025-02-28T11:25:59","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T18:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147088"},"modified":"2025-02-28T11:25:59","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T18:25:59","slug":"inicia-en-los-cabos-el-programa-de-vivienda-para-el-bienestar-vmcc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147088","title":{"rendered":"Inicia en Los Cabos el Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar: VMCC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-147089 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Victor-Castro-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Victor-Castro-13.jpg 725w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Victor-Castro-13-150x83.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/>El Programa Nacional de Vivienda para el Bienestar dio inicio en el municipio de Los Cabos, de acuerdo a lo establecido por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, el cual beneficiar\u00e1 a familias de los cinco municipios de Baja California Sur, inform\u00f3 el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo luego de corresponder la decisi\u00f3n de arrancar en el estado dicho proyecto. \u201cPara nosotros reconocer la visi\u00f3n nacional de hacer un mill\u00f3n de viviendas va a ser hist\u00f3rica no solo para los sudcalifornianos; sino para todo el pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Castro Cos\u00edo precis\u00f3 que, a pesar de las dificultades por la disposici\u00f3n de predios en Los Cabos, se han logrado emprender las primeras 704 viviendas, de las 37 mil 500 proyectadas para la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cPara nosotros es la muestra m\u00e1s clara de que las casas se iniciaron en la zona donde m\u00e1s se necesita, que es en Cabo San Lucas, principal motor econ\u00f3mico, pero tambi\u00e9n donde se tienen los m\u00e1s grandes retos, principalmente en agua y vivienda\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, coment\u00f3 que este plan contempla dentro de su primera etapa\u00a036 edificios que representan 576 viviendas, con una superficie de construcci\u00f3n de 60 metros cuadrados cada una, y 8 edificios equivalentes a 128 acciones, con una superficie de 40 metros cuadrados. Todo esto incluye tambi\u00e9n urbanizaci\u00f3n y el acceso a infraestructura educativa, deportiva y de salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">V\u00edctor Castro mencion\u00f3 que la propia administraci\u00f3n y los ayuntamientos han propuesto 10 predios, con una superficie aproximada a 87 hect\u00e1reas, donde se tiene previsto construir 4 mil 454 viviendas para beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n sudcaliforniana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el proyecto para Baja California Sur, en Los Cabos se edificar\u00e1n 17 mil 400 viviendas, en La Paz 11 mil 100, en Comond\u00fa 2 mil 500, en Loreto 500 y en Muleg\u00e9 6 mil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que, a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar, el gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica construir\u00e1 un mill\u00f3n de viviendas en todo el pa\u00eds, se har\u00e1n 450 mil mejoramientos de vivienda y se otorgar\u00e1n un mill\u00f3n de escrituras a quienes han sido beneficiados con programas del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa Nacional de Vivienda para el Bienestar dio inicio en el municipio de Los Cabos, de acuerdo a lo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":147089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-147088","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
