Los candidatos tendr\u00e1n dos meses de campa\u00f1a electoral, por lo que pr\u00e1cticamente estamos a un mes del arranque de los comicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los aspirantes a jueces y magistrados tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de darse a conocer entre la ciudadan\u00eda, por lo que ser\u00e1 interesante saber c\u00f3mo tomar\u00e1n las calles o qu\u00e9 estrategias implementar\u00e1n para ganar visibilidad, ante un proceso in\u00e9dito en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las autoridades electorales han informado que en Baja California Sur se votar\u00e1 por nueve ministros de la Suprema Corte, cinco integrantes del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, dos magistrados de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral, tres magistrados de Salas Regionales, cuatro magistraturas de circuito y dos jueces de distrito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos nombres de aspirantes se han dado a conocer una vez que las listas ya fueron publicadas por el INE, entre los que destacan Rebeca Barrera Amador para contender por la magistratura de la Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, con sede en Guadalajara, Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, Yajaira Arellano Morales y Gladys Salazar Lucero fueron nominadas para ocupar vacantes como juezas de distrito en el Tribunal Laboral de Asuntos Individuales del Vig\u00e9simo Sexto Circuito y Francelia Jarissell Rivera Toledo, seleccionada por el Senado para candidata por la magistratura mixta del 26 circuito en BCS entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De tal manera que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas los sudcalifornianos seremos testigos de un proceso electoral in\u00e9dito, donde el reto ser\u00e1 grande ya que, limitados por las reglas para evitar inequidades y solo con el uso de\u00a0 recursos propios, los aspirantes a\u00a0 magistrados y jueces tendr\u00e1n que hacer su mejor esfuerzo para posicionarse entre la ciudadan\u00eda que habr\u00e1 de elegirlos el primero de junio.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya veremos qu\u00e9 sucede.
