{"id":147329,"date":"2025-03-07T10:02:10","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T17:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147329"},"modified":"2025-03-07T10:02:10","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T17:02:10","slug":"buro-politico-transparencia-y-rendicion-de-cuentas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147329","title":{"rendered":"BUR\u00d3 POL\u00cdTICO\/ \u00a1TRANSPARENCIA Y RENDICI\u00d3N DE CUENTAS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">POR ARIEL VILCHIS<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Lo m\u00e1s adecuado para brindar confianza a la ciudadan\u00eda sobre el buen uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos es, sin duda, la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello que es de reconocer como algo acertado el ejercicio llevado a cabo por quien encabeza la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal al sostener un encuentro con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n para hablar de frente y con toda claridad sobre el trabajo realizado en materia de finanzas, en particular sobre las observaciones que ha realizado la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n al gobierno de la entidad.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Dos cosas hay que puntualizar sobre la cuesti\u00f3n: por un lado, el gobierno ha dejado en claro su rechazo a la corrupci\u00f3n, no hay lugar para ello ni para el desv\u00edo de recursos; por otro lado, los resultados de las auditor\u00edas han arrojado observaciones que el gobierno del estado, v\u00eda la secretar\u00eda de finanzas, est\u00e1 en proceso de aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Esto quiere decir que las observaciones hechas por la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) para el ejercicio fiscal 2023 se han aclarado en su mayor\u00eda y se trabaja en aclarar las observaciones pendientes. Del total del monto de recursos observados (3232 mdp), m\u00e1s de la mitad ya fue aclarado.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sin duda, la trasparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas son un principio fundamental de una buena gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica por lo que la postura asumida por el Gobernador del Estado, Prof. V\u00edctor Castro, y la Secretaria de Finanzas es positiva, da confianza a la ciudadan\u00eda y manda un mensaje claro de que en el gobierno no hay nada que ocultar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho de manera puntual, ni un solo peso ha desaparecido, todo est\u00e1 acreditado. En ese sentido, tambi\u00e9n vale la pena comentar que las auditor\u00edas son necesarias para garantizar la correcta gesti\u00f3n de los recursos por parte del gobierno,a nadie debe sorprender este tipo de procesos.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, lo que debemos esperar los ciudadanos es que, en vez de solventar observaciones, se fortalezcan los mecanismos de control interno del gobierno para evitar en el futuro que se repitan a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o. Aprovechar este momento para mejorar los procesos internos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal dejar\u00e1 una huella positiva en el gobierno que encabeza el Prof. V\u00edctor Castro.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo pronto, a pesar de distorsionados manejos informativos sobre las auditor\u00edas, ha mostrado disposici\u00f3n y rinde cuentas a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Ya veremos qu\u00e9 sucede.
